This policy is issued by Super Human Peptides Inc., a company organized in ILLINOIS and doing business as Super Human Peptides (Super Human Peptides, we, us). It explains how consultation fees, cancellations and refunds work, and it is available before you pay.
Consultation fees cover the time and clinical evaluation of a licensed U.S. medical doctor. Once a consultation has been completed, its fee is not refundable, regardless of whether a prescription is issued.
If your doctor determines that you are not a candidate for treatment, any charges for medication and shipping that were not provided are refunded in full.
You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled consultation up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments, may be subject to the full consultation fee.
Recurring plans may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date by contacting us. No further charges apply after cancellation. Orders the pharmacy has already prepared or shipped are not refunded.
For patient safety and as required by pharmacy regulations, dispensed prescription medications cannot be returned or resold. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Contact us with your name and order number. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
