Choose your treatment, confirm the state you’re in and complete secure checkout. Then answer a short health intake about your history, medications and goals.
STAGE 02
Expert consultation
A licensed U.S. medical doctor reviews your information. They may ask follow-up questions, request labs or schedule a video visit, then decide whether treatment is medically appropriate.
STAGE 03
A detailed plan for your needs
If treatment is appropriate, a licensed pharmacy prepares your medication and ships it in discreet packaging, with clear instructions.
STAGE 04
ongoing care
Stay in touch for follow-ups and questions. Your doctor can adjust, pause or stop your plan whenever it’s appropriate.

WHO DOES WHAT
Your doctor
Reviews your health information, makes every treatment decision, writes any prescription and handles medical follow-up.
The pharmacy
A licensed pharmacy prepares, dispenses and ships your medication, and can answer questions about what it dispensed.
US (SUPERHUMAN)
We run the platform: checkout, scheduling, support and your patient experience. We don’t practice medicine and we don’t dispense medication.
BEFORE YOU START
- You’re 18 or older
- You’re currently in a state where we provide care
- You have a list of your current medications and allergies
- Recent lab results, if you have them (optional)
- 10 minutes for your health intake
GOOD TO KNOW
- A prescription is never guaranteed. Your doctor decides what’s medically appropriate, and paying doesn’t change that.
- Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Your doctor will explain what that means for your treatment.
- Results vary from person to person.
- Not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
- Our services are not currently available in New Jersey, Alaska or Mississippi. Availability of specific treatments may vary by state.
