Description
SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic small-molecule compound developed at Saint Louis University, designed as a pan-agonist of estrogen-related receptors (ERRs), particularly ERRα — a master regulator of cellular energy metabolism. Known as an exercise mimetic, it activates the same transcriptional programs triggered by aerobic training, promoting mitochondrial biogenesis and fat oxidation at the cellular level. Currently for research use only.
